Sam attempted to video record Dave Ridley's arraignment in Keene on April 13, 2009, but while still in the courthouse lobby (not yet in the courtroom), the court security officer pointed to a sign on the wall that said "no recording" and told Sam to stop recording. |

While in jail for trying to film at Dave Ridley's arraignment, Sam refused to cooperate at all. If the jailers wanted him to go somewhere, they had to drag or carry him. He would not tell them any information or fill out any paperwork. He even went on a hunger strike. To his charges, the court added "refusing to be processed." |
