In reference to Andrew's marijuana protest, he appeared at their trial for him. Before going, he announced that he would go but not participate unless video cameras were allowed in the courtroom; they were. He made numerous constitutional arguments about things like how the penalties for pot possession were ridiculously high compared to those of violent crimes. He tried to use the legal system to thwart the prosecution, but the judge wouldn't have it. The judge also explicitly disregarded constitutional, political, and moral arguments; it was one of Andrew's goals to publicize that the court does this. Andrew also made a couple jokes that got everyone in the room laughing, including the prosecution and judge.
