Remained in court lobby inquiring about Sam's welfare when cop ordered him to leave.

At the arraignment for Dave Ridley in Keene on April 13, 2009, David was one of 6 activists who refused to leave the courthouse lobby when ordered to by a cop. David heard Sam screaming in pain in another room and he remained in the lobby and quietly, peacefully asked about Sam's welfare and sat on a bench. Three months later, the judge found him guilty of resisting arrest (or was it disorderly conduct?). David refused to pay the fine or service his community by order of the judge, so he spent 6 days in jail.
