Russell Kanning is a peaceful man who moved to New Hampshire as a member of the Free State Project, and has been arrested numerous times for victimless crimes. He married Kat Kanning on his first day in New Hampshire, and runs the New Hampshire Free Press newspaper and New Hampshire Underground forums with her.
Russell was awarded his Brass Balls on October 11, 2008.
