Refusing to be "processed" at jail.

On April 10, 2007, Russell was ambushed by cops while he left a park, and they arrested him. It was later learned that the issue was the right to travel without the government's permission: Russell was arrested for driving without a license and failing to show up in court for the same. The court decided to take Russell's "whatever" plea as a plea of "not guilty." He was being held on $1,000 cash bail until his court date, May 14th at 10am in District Court: a month in jail before his trial for not hurting or threatening anyone or damaging or taking anyone's property.
