Russell was driving by the country club in Keene, when he came upon about 4 cop cars. They had chased some guy on a motorcycle. Shane Maxfield, the chief cop, was directing traffic and came up to Russell's window to say "hi." He asked Russell to pull off to the side. After a while the told Russell they had to arrest him for not having a government license. He told them they could just let him keep doing his work, but the cops thought it was very important.
They arrested Russell and after a while let him go. Russell told the cops he would show up for court on 7/7/08. He asked for a court date 7 years from now, but that didn't happen. Russell had only driven on two different days since he got out of jail in April.
