On June 11, 2005, Russell tried to board a plane to Philadelphia to see Independence Hall while carrying only a copy of the Declaration of Independence...no government-issued ID. He ended up in Rockingham County Jail. The TSA said he was charged with the Class B Misdemeanor of "Criminal Trespass" with no chance of jail time and a fine of up to $1,000.
