For their performance in "The Candia Horse Caper" as seen on the Ridley Report, wherein our heroes, Cooper and Beth, stopped the SPCA agent deputy known locally as "Steve" from coming on the property, and also stopped the police reinforcement, and wherein Cooper ended up being taken for a ride by the Blue Light Gang.
An SPCA agent took it upon himself to demand to see the Travis' private property in order to assure they were taking care of their horses the way the SPCA wanted them to. Cooper and Beth refused to allow him on their property, so he called a cop to force them to. Cooper and Beth refused to allow the cop on the property either, and video-recorded the entire transaction. When the cop changed his mind about wanting to be recorded and ordered Cooper to stop recording, Cooper did no cooperate and the cop arrested him (or at least put handcuffs on him and took him to the police station, where he was later released without charges).
